Running pace groups play a vital role in the success of the program as Team ALPHA members' network and forge long lasting friendships while slowly adding miles each week to build the endurance necessary to go the distance on race day.

YOGA helps Team ALPHA connect mind and body, affecting physical, mental and spiritual balance to relax and strengthen key muscle groups to enhance each ALPHA's overall performance.
Increases Speed & Agility
Track (or speed) training can enhance your performance and increase the fun through group workouts. These sessions give ALPHA coaches the opportunity to assess your running form while the support and friendly competition of your ALPHA teammates helps you optimize your workout to increase your speed.
